 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of event planning and equipment rental services provided by 360 Photo Booth Rentals and Making Forever Memories ("Company"). By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement:

1.1. Upon entering into an agreement with the Company, the client (referred to as "Client") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The Company agrees to provide event planning and/or equipment rental services as described in the signed Service Agreement.

2. Payment and Fees:

2.1. The Client shall make payments in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the Service Agreement.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

2.3. Additional charges may apply for any changes, additions, or extensions to the original service agreement.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3.1. The Client may cancel services as outlined in the Service Agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.

3.2. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Service Agreement.

4. Equipment Rental:

4.1. The Client is responsible for the safekeeping and return of all rented equipment. Any loss, damage, or theft of equipment is the responsibility of the Client and will be billed accordingly.

4.2. Equipment shall be returned in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted.

5. Liability and Insurance:

5.1. The Company is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or inconvenience suffered by the Client or any third party during the event.

5.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance to cover any potential liabilities associated with the event.

6. Force Majeure:

6.1. Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of these Terms due to events beyond their control.

7. Confidentiality:

7.1. Both the Company and the Client agree to keep all information shared during the course of the services confidential.

8. Termination:

8.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing with notice as specified in the agreement.

9. Governing Law:

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1. These Terms and any Service Agreement constitute the entire understanding between the Client and the Company regarding the services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
